Now, as for current market conditions, if you’ve read the latest articles such as this one or this one, you know that we’re at critical risk levels for at least a short-term downturn. The big boys are going risk-off and so am I. There’s also a potential contagion effect from the yen carry trade, which we’ve touched on here and here.
So read those articles if you haven’t already and seriously consider lightening up your positions. And if, like me, you won’t be as focused on finance during this time of year as you normally would, you might gain a little peace of mind doing so.
